  1. SELECTION OF IMAGE: Images will be judged on uniqueness and the ability to capture the essence of the Olympics and originality. The most unique and representative image of each day will be chosen for the prize draw per day and will be featured on the Olympictures website. The top 10 images will be then be hosted on the Return On Digital site, the image with the most votes will be chosen as the Grand Prize Winner. Selection will be conducted by the Administrator, and such selections shall be final, binding and indisputable in all matters relating to the Contest. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  2. Limitation of liability: by entering this contest, all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless sponsor and administrator and their partners, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents and all of their employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives from any and all claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this contest or any contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
  3. PRIVACY: Personal information of entrants will be used to conduct the prize selection and to allow the prize to be retrieved by the Winner. We may also publish your full name as winner for publicity purposes. Any personal information shared by the use of Twitter is subject to its privacy policy (https://twitter.com/privacy) and terms of use (https://support.twitter.com/articles/18311-the-twitter-rules), which you should review before entering in the Contest. You agree to the processing of personal information about you for the purposes and in the manner set out above (including the disclosures of such information or transfer of it to jurisdictions which may not provide the same legal protection as in your country of residence).
  4. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.

  6. No maximum amount of entries.
  7. You must own the image you are submitting in order for your entry to be approved.
  8. Anybody may take part in the competition except employees of Return On Digital.
  9. The prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash gift.
  10. The winners information and entry may be used for future marketing material.
  11. The winners must live within the United Kingdom.
  12. Closing date for entry is 12th August 2012 at 18:00.
  13. Winners will be notified via Facebook direct message & on the company wall/corporate site.
  14. By entering the competition and supplying your information, you consent to receive relevant promotional material.
